President
Jeremy is extremely passionate about true custom home design and building.
His knowledge of the most current technology, building methods and materials gives StarPointe Homes’ customers peace of mind knowing that they are receiving the best home that their budget will allow.
Jeremy has a keen eye for value engineering and regularly assists our customers in eliminating expenditures on areas of marginal importance while transferring those savings to components and finishes which will enhance the overall value and livability of their new true custom home.
Whether it’s lot selection, building pad location, site clearing and preparation, Jeremy’s experience has saved StarPointe customers thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses while tremendously enhancing the satisfaction of their new home.
Brandi Stokes
Sales & Design
With over a decade of experience in custom home construction, Brandi has had the privilege of guiding clients through every step of the building journey—from creating the perfect floor plan to selecting the finishing design touches that turn a house into a home.
Her passion for helping others create their dream spaces led her to earn her real estate license in 2018, which uniquely allows her to utilize her knowledge and perspective as a builder to help clients find the ideal piece of property for their custom home to be built on.
At StarPointe Homes, Brandi is dedicated to delivering a seamless, personalized experience for every client.
She believes that building a home should be exciting, not overwhelming, and she strives to ensure that your vision comes to life with clarity and confidence.
Brandi is also a member of many local organizations and charities, and is currently the Vice President of the Central Texas Home Builders’ Association.
Alan Knowles
Site Superintendent
As your site superintendent Alan learned his craft from the ground up beginning his construction career as a laborer on a remodeling crew.
It wasn’t long before he became the “punch guy” that could independently complete most tasks on a jobsite at a professional level.
With a thorough understanding of construction materials and methods, he transitioned to new home construction as a superintendent.
You can expect to find Alan regularly on the jobsites ensuring the StarPointe Homes quality control standards are consistently met and maintained.
CJ Rogers
Owner/Founder
C.J. Rogers began his career in construction, rising to the level of Division and Regional President for some of the nation’s largest homebuilding & land development companies from Texas to Florida.
In 2007 C.J. founded his own home-building & general real estate companies.
After founding StarPointe Realty, C.J. recognized the tremendous demand for high quality, full service property management & introduced StarPointe Realty Management to the market place. With immediate, rapid growth in the real estate & property management business C.J. decided to exit the home-building arena in 2014 to focus on real estate expansion.
After a few short years away, inquiries from past home building customers & Realtors wanting new homes built began to pour in so C.J. decided to establish another home-building company.
Combining his 30+ years of home-building experience with the stellar reputation of StarPointe Realty & Management, StarPointe Homes was born. With StarPointe Homes C.J. did not want to be just another builder in a vastly over-populated market.
